Entry Policy

Entry to Over and Above KL is subject to the following conditions, which all guests must adhere to:

  • Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years old or above. Valid government-issued ID must be presented at the entrance.
  • Dress Code: Men are not allowed to wear shorts. Women may wear any attire. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on clothing.
  • Behavior & Decorum: Guests must maintain decorum on the dance floor. Aggressive, disorderly, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated. Sexual harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed dangerous are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • Intoxication: Guests who appear heavily intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances will be denied entry.
  • Toilet Usage: Only one individual is allowed per toilet cubicle at a time.
  • Ticket Verification: Tickets may be checked at the entrance. Tickets purchased under false information (age, identity) will be void.
  • Property Damage: Any damage to the venue’s property caused by a guest will result in a fine.
  • Right of Refusal: Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason, including capacity limits or safety concerns.
  • Liability: Over and Above KL is not responsible for any loss, theft, or injury sustained on the premises. Guests attend at their own risk.

By entering Over and Above KL, guests acknowledge and accept these rules. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue without refund.

Age Restriction

Over and Above KL is a licensed nightlife venue. Entry is strictly limited to guests who are 21 years old or above. Valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport, or driving license) must be presented at the entrance.

Guests under the age of 21 will be refused entry, and tickets purchased for underage individuals will not be refunded. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated, underage, or who cannot provide valid identification.

By attending Over and Above KL, guests confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement and agree to comply with the venue’s policies. Over and Above KL is not responsible for any consequences arising from providing false information regarding age or identity.

Refund Policy

All tickets and purchases for events at Over and Above KL are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket or making a booking, guests acknowledge and accept the following conditions:

  • No Refunds: Tickets, table reservations, and packages are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Event Changes: In the rare case of event cancellation or rescheduling by Over and Above KL, management may offer an alternative date or event credit at its discretion.
  • Invalid Entry: No refund will be given if entry is denied due to violation of house rules, age restrictions, intoxication, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Force Majeure: Over and Above KL is not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events.
  • Management Discretion: Any exceptions to this policy are subject to the sole discretion of Over and Above KL management and must be approved in writing.

By attending Over and Above KL events, guests agree to comply with this Refund Policy. Failure to comply with house rules, entry conditions, or age restrictions will result in denial of entry without refund.
